Mel Peddle is a former engineer and currently licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado (MT.0013398). The engineering background allows her to see the body a little bit differently, which creates a more effective treatment. Mel went to engineering school at the Colorado School of Mines and ran NCAA Division II varsity and track. She has multiple All American awards in track and cross country. During the course of her collegiate career, she used two medical red shirts and spent much of her time in the athletic training room. That exposure led to her interest in massage therapy. She completed over 1000 hours of study for her massage certificate from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and has been practicing ever since. Mel does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Mel is the BEST massage therapist ever! If you are looking for a relaxing massage, probably not your gal. Yet, if you want to have your body feel significantly better, Mel is amazing. I had been dealing with a major back injury and back pain for 8+ years, but after 4-5 massages with Mel, it was gone. With other smaller "issues," I feel so much better after just one session. She truly knows the mechanics of the body and does it wonders. My husband and I swear by Mel and we are so grateful for the work she does.

I've never really had a therapeutic massage, but it was needed. I was nearing an MRI and possible surgery and tried this type of massage as a last resort. I felt better when I walked out of the office and plan to go for more real soon.
