After many years in the fields of Business and Technology (IT Director), I felt the call to utilize my skillsets and life experiences for the healing of others. So I 'retired' from technology and working from the brain - and acquired the education, training, and licensing to become a Licensed Massage Therapist to work with my hands -  and from my heart & soul.

I am a Wife to an amazing man - blessed Mother to 3 - Christian operating in Grace - CrossFit athlete in training - Essential Oil using - Health Advocate - Fulltime Therapist... And most importantly, a person who looks forward to being YOUR biggest wellness advocate and fan!

Trained in Orthopedic Massage, Sports Massage, Raindrop Technique, Swedish Massage, Science of Essential Oils, Emotional Release, and more! My goal is for you to leave your therapy session in better spirits, less pain, and with insights into your own self-care.
