Building stronger bodies through training, bodywork, posture, and stress relief.

My decision to become a Massage Therapist was sparked by my interest in strength training.  As a Massage Therapist I have an in depth knowledge of the anatomy of the human body, which includes muscles, bones, and the nervous system.  The knowledge and training that I have gained as a Massage Therapist complement my training business.  My main interest as a Massage Therapist is the help improve posture, decrease pain, and relieve stress.

I graduated from Mildred-Elley College with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy.  I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist.  I am also a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I specialize in deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.  I enjoy doing this type of massage and I find it very effective at improving posture, pain, range of motion, and strength increase.

My main location is 18 Drywall Lane, in Voorheesville.  I also practice at Orenda Yoga and Healing Arts in Guilderland Center.
