I spent my younger years in Oregon with memories of picking big juicy Marion berries near the old rail road tracks. While most of my youth was spent in Southern California soaking up the sun and sand. It was there I received my education and became a certified Holistic Health Practitioner. And now I live and practice here on our breathtakingly beautiful Northern California coastline. I am a lover of nature and I can often be found hiking our local trails with my dogs, Owen and Zea.

My expertise are in deep tissue, Swedish, and acupressure massage, as well as the Eastern arts such as fire cupping and Gua Sha. My passion is in holistic nutrition and herbal medicine.
