I discovered and explored Trigger Point Therapy when Clair Davies published his book in 2004. Every Body in my circle had trigger points! As an Encore Career I decided to go through 650 Hours of a Therapeutic Massage Program at SpaTech in Ipswich. I'm comfortable delivering Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Rock treatment, Myofascial Release, balancing Neurovascular and Neurolymphatic points, Meridian tracing, and Pregnancy massage. My clients tell me I have a light touch.
I’ve found my Happy Place in doing Massage Therapy --- the look and expressions of relief from my clients keeps me motivated and centered.
