I became a Reiki Master in 2015. I loved energy work so much I decided to go to school for massage therapy which is the perfect complement to reiki. I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2016. Since then, I have gotten a certificate in Cupping Therapy and taken continuing education in myofascial work. I am a crystal enthusiast and love to incorporate that into a session when possible. My favorite part of bodywork is tailoring a session to what the client needs that day.

Melissa is the best! I have some issues with touch, and some pretty traumatic feelings surrounding my injury site. I have always felt comfortable with Melissa, she confirms consent and is very relaxed. Plus, her studio is absolutely lovely--very relaxing and cozy.

Melissa is always good at addressing problem areas and checks in to see if the pressure is ok. When I have a massage with her I feel like a new person the next day. I can’t say enough good things about her.

She was very informative about what to expect for my first prenatal massage and it was absolutely wonderful! I almost fell asleep. She checked in to make sure the pressure was okay and definitely focused on the areas that had the most tension and knots. I will be booking with her again for sure!
