Hello, my name is Tracy Leonard, I'm the owner of Serendipity Massage and Reiki. I'd like to start by telling you why I chose to become a massage therapist. Three years ago I herniated a disc in my lower back. I spent the following year trying to manage the pain; there were days when I couldn't even get out of bed in the morning. After numerous cortisone shots, several visits to a chiropractor, and months of doing physical therapy, I finally decided to give massage a try. It was a life change...
It was a life changer. Nothing else came close to the pain relief that massage allowed me. I knew this was something I had to share with others and pay it forward. Being a massage therapist is something that I enjoy more than anything I've ever done, it brings me great joy to help others. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, comfortable space that supports my clients in their pursuit of wellness by offering client-centered bodywork that promotes relaxation, increased self-awareness, and helps them attain their goals for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Touch is very powerful, it's the first language we learn. Bringing people back to that is a gift to both the therapist and the client. I love that clients trust me, mind body and soul, and I can be a part of their healing process.
