This was my first appointment with Ashling. Upon arrival she discussed everything that was of concern to me. Gave me tips and that would help me long after the massage, such as stretches and attending yoga classes to strengthen my back. I have never had such a relaxing and wonderful massage. She used different techniques which was fabulous. I am in much less pain and looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Ashling is such a gift. After moving to the area and having some massages with a perfectly fine massage therapist, I knew there was someone else out there that really felt like the perfect fit. So I decided to try a session with Ashling and I feel like I won a lottery of sorts. She's warm and friendly, her space is cozy & inviting, and her technique is just so, so wonderful. While I’m on the table, I'm just in heaven and when I leave, I feel so refreshed and at peace. She's exactly who I've been looking for and highly recommend you make your way onto her table too.

This was the best massage I have ever had! I haven't had neck pain a headache, and pain in my back since I went 2 days ago. Ailing was very professional and touched on the right areas that I needed help on. Going to be a regular patient for sure and already made 2 appointments.
