From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. First massage by Sheila. Got a 30 minute relaxation massage. It was very relaxing and the pressure she applied was just right. I definately felt better afterwards. She is obviously extremely skilled at her craft, she's engaging, professional, friendly, and communicates well to ensure you are comfortable the entire time. Will see her again!
