Kristina has the gift of being intuitive to what one’s body needs. She can tell where there is tension and areas that need attention just by watching walk, move, or stand. She uses several different modes to help your body heal. Modes such as Myofascial release, microcurrent point stimulation, cupping, spinal energy, etc. she uses different tools to help get muscles to release or to bring blood flow back to areas. She keeps the ambiance of the room to a relaxing level, with the lights, music, and overall energy. She also has a passion to help her clients to to heal themselves so she will teach you techniques and exercises to incorporate during the time you are away from you. Her talent in this area is beyond typical massages. She truly wants to help you heal.

Kristina is awesome! She is very professional and exceptional in what she does. She is very good about explaining what she is going to do before she does anything and for the reasoning behind it as well as how it is going to help my body. Now that I have found Kristina, I will not go to anyone else. I always look forward to my appointments with her because my body feels great after every custom massage.
