I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of SC. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. Prior to becoming a therapist, I dedicated most of my time to athletics and surrounding myself with people of all ages, backgrounds, and in the midst of all walks of life. I always knew that I wanted to pursue a profession that would afford me the opportunity to help others. Massage therapy was a perfect marriage of my love for health/fitness and my desire to help others. I take pride in the fact that I believe and strive to communicate to my clients that massages should be catered to each individual and his/her needs and goals, I believe massage therapy can create strongholds in a person’s health whether it be physical or mental and that massages are not just for luxury and pampering, they can serve as preventative healthcare and serve as rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping others reach optimal overall health through massage therapy.
