Pain, discomfort, and limited range of motion all have a variety of roots.  I like to find those roots and release the inconveniences they cause with the best of my ability to help restore and maintain other's abilities.  I have experience with many different conditions that arrive from roots of stress caused by emotion, postural deviance, injuries/surgeries, chronic inflammation, the list goes on.  My goal is to help relieve the stressors of tension, reduce discomfort, and promote self-awareness so that together my clients and I can create a more functional life for themselves.
