I graduated from Greenville Technical College with a certificate in massage therapy in August 2015. I am also licensed by the state of SC in massage and bodywork and certified in Spa Treatment techniques. My specialty is Swedish massage, deep tissue work, postural/structural changes, and pain relief. As a result of my own journey with fibromyalgia, I have researched many chronic pain conditions that benefit from massage therapy. My heart is for helping others who are in pain. My desire is to help reduce their pain, increase their activity so they can live their lives to the fullest. I have been in private practice since my graduation in August of 2015. I believe in customizing each session to my client's needs for that point in their journey toward wellness. I do not charge for "extras" within your session. I may use hot or cold therapy, kinesio taping, or aroma therapy to assist your body to de-stress and relax your muscles to release fascia and trigger points.
