As an "outdoorsy" type who loves gardening, hiking, and camping, it didn't take long for me to understand how limiting chronic pain can be. As a Massage Therapist I have the privilege to help people live active, healthy lives while keeping them productive at work. With advanced training in prenatal and postpartum care I'm able to follow my clients through all the changes life throws our way and can even safely see clients in the first trimester of pregnancy. I have extensive training as a Medical Massage practitioner and have a clinical approach to massage despite the relaxing atmosphere.
