I’m a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Guilford Technical Community College and a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist. I’m a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Guilford Technical Community College and a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist. In addition to Swedish and deep tissue massage, I offer sports massage and prenatal massage. Aromatherapy, thermo/cryotherapy, and body scrubs are also available for enhancing the therapeutic effects of your bodywork session. I offer mobile massage therapy services in the following areas of NC: the Triad (Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem), the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill), and the Charlotte metropolitan area.

In addition to therapeutic massage, I enjoy teaching taekwondo and self-defense to students of all ages and backgrounds. I offer private lessons, classes, and seminars to those wishing to learn practical defense skills and incorporate martial arts into their fitness and wellness regimens. I’m also an avid artist, a dedicated tabletop gamer, and I just can’t stop dancing.
