I have been a massage therapist since 2006. Since that time I have enjoyed learning and growing in my profession while working throughout the Triad. Currently I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Asain Sports, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Sinus, and Herbal massage. I prefer to personalize each session in order to optimize pain and tension relief while still maintaining a state of relaxation. I enjoy being active outdoors and cooking.
