Massage is the ultimate self-care for the body and mind

After working for the power company for ten years I had a life changing experience with tick-borne illness and decided to change careers.  After discovering some of the very positive healing benefits of massage, I was inspired to go to massage school.  I am grateful for the journey that has brought me where I am today and am also grateful for opportunities to help others.

In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my kids, playing guitar, woodworking, music, coffee, high voltage experime...
