I am great at trigger point, myofascial, joint mobilization, and active release. I am also able to do warm bamboo, hot stone, reflexology, rock blades, cupping, kinesiology taping and aromatherapy. Shannon is great always ask if any new problem areas. Gives feed back at the end of the massage. Follows the lead as far as conversation or relaxation during massage. Always taking classes to better her knowledge and experience.
