My name is Heather Kottke and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. After graduating from Anthem College I was blessed to have been able to work in my field right away. I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chinese modalities (meridians and qi-points), Neuromuscular Therapy of the hip, and helping with chronic back and neck issues, including migraines. I have a problem with my SI joint lower back issues and neck. When I left everything felt loose and didn't ache anymore.
Heather is very knowledgeable as she explains what's going on and also listens and asks questions on what areas hurt the most.

Talked too much. I would have perfered just silence. Spent a lot of time going over what she had already done. Did not spend enough time on lower back, mid back and shoulder blades area. It was adequite, but not what I expected nor experienced in past. Very friendly.

Therapist is very personable but is too chatty during massage. Technique was okay but felt she lost focus several times.
