My name is Abbi and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist(LMT). I graduated from The Massage School in Easthampton MA in 2011, where I was trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage as well as Trigger Point Therapy. We also had introductory courses in Shiatsu, Reflexology and Thai Yoga massage and I do incorporate some of these techniques into my sessions when they are needed and appropriate. 

I have always been fascinated with movement and anatomy and so becoming a massage therapist was a natural choice for me. My first anatomy class in college was a dance class called Experiential Anatomy in which we used movement to learn about the skeletal and muscular systems of the body. This class stuck with me for many years and was one of the reasons I went to massage school.

I am here to help facilitate your journey to better health and wellness. My focus is a collaborative effort between myself and my clients to bring balance and healing to their lives. Communication and effective bodywork are the cornerstones of my healing philosophy. Only you know what your body truly needs and I am here to help you interpret the signs your body is giving you to help you on your journey. Whether you are looking for relaxation, dealing with pain or an injury, massage can be an effective tool for achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I provide massage in the Greenfield Massage office at 28 Federal St. Greenfield MA. I am also available for home visits in Greenfield, Leyden, Colrain, Shelburne, Montague, Deerfield, Bernardston, Conway, Whately, Sunderland, and Northfield.
