I had my first manual lymphatic drainage session this past Saturday, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well cared for. Nichole took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. As someone recovering from breast cancer treatment, I was a little nervous, but the treatment was incredibly gentle, relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. I left feeling lighter, less tense, and more refreshed than I expected. It was also comforting to know I was doing something beneficial to support my healing and recovery. I highly recommend manual lymphatic drainage to anyone recovering from surgery or cancer treatment, or anyone dealing with swelling or looking for a therapeutic, restorative experience. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

Not only is Nichole excellent at her craft, she is just a wonderful human being! She cares about the well being of her clients and ensures that you do not leave the same way you came in! I was in so much pain, tension/soreness in my whole body. Nichole knew the exact spots to focus on and I left feeling so much better! Her job is not just a job, it's a calling and she puts her heart and soul into it! Caressence has a client for life in me!
