I found my passion for outcome based massage therapy during a daunting year of high school. My father was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, my step mother with Plantar Fasciitis and my mother with De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. All three of them suffered for almost a year before I chose to go to school for Massage Therapy. Once I was in school I practiced what I was learning on them every week. My focus is to help you achieve your goals. Maybe for you that goal is eliminating pain during your golf swing or increasing hip mobility to help you PR your back squat. Maybe you want to find some comfort during your pregnancy or you just need some time on the table to relax and let your stress melt away. I'm here to help.

I attended Everest College and received my diploma in 2008. I passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork September 2008. My education consisted of training in many different modalities. Including deep tissue, trigger point, swedish, prenatal, sports and so much more.

About a year into my career I decided to leave behind the franchise life and go into private practice. While running my own business I learned all how to slow things down and really focus on my clients needs. I developed my intake skills to better help my clients reach their goals.

Upon moving to the Green Bay area and after a short break from massage, this spa let me sink back into my life as a therapist. The fast pace made it feel like an assembly line. After just 6 short weeks I quit to start a studio with 100% client focus.
