There are so few opportunities in life to truly relax; so, I seek to blend relaxational work with therapeutic techniques. My experience ranges from working with athletes such as triathletes, trapeze artists, cyclists, and runners to persons who perform physically demanding jobs such as concrete finishing, painting, landscaping, or masonry; to persons who are well-elderly and those who are frail elderly. I also provide a special chair massage service for persons with COPD and respiratory ailments.  I was trained in Chicago and seek continuing education to expand my knowledge and experiences in sports massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and palliative care massage. Massage has something wonderful to offer everyone and it is a gift to be able to serve others with massage and the benefits it can bring.
