Graeme graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.S. in Health and Fitness. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AAHFRP Medical Exercise Specialist, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Graeme has been training for 13 years and focuses his training around exercises that get the body moving more efficiently. He is also a licensed massage therapist, which he uses to compliment his training.
