I have taken several continuing education courses over the last 30+ years including Russian Therapeutic and Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Paul St John Neuro-muscular Therapy, Onsen Technique, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Medical Treatment Massage Certification, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Strain Counter Strain.

Swedish Deep Tissue

I worked in 2 physical therapy clinics, a chiropractic office, and private practice for 10 years before establishing Elle Clinical Day Spa in Covington, WA for the next 10 years. I have always believed in combining therapeutic treatment work with a relaxing touch in a soothing environment. Effective massage doesn't have to hurt.
