Heidi understands the body so well. She's very attuned to areas of tightness/tension and knows just what to do for them. The custom care and quality of her massage is superior to anyone else I've experienced.

I have now used the Massage Therapy services from Heidi for the last two years and she truly continues to be top notch. I know I have yet to come away from an appointment not feeling better and can say that she somehow manages to find trigger points and other areas where I did not even know were an issue. I know that her schedule is constantly full and one has to plan ahead but totally worth it!

The massage I receive from Heidi, was just what I needed to improve my health. I left with less tightness in my neck and shoulders. My low back felt stronger. She is very knowledgeable.
