I started my career in Reflexology back in 2019, and have since seen the wonderful changes in peoples lives that Reflexology has helped with. It inspirers me to always keep up on current specialties in the field while keeping to traditional Reflexology techniques. I decided to start my practice through Essential Wellness Bodywork & Massage due to the amazing atmosphere and strong team that carries similar passions. I could feel that there were therapeutic effects happening, but overall the work on my feet (first one then the other) felt good and never too much pressure on any spot. On my left foot I felt that something was being connected or RE-connected in my nervous system on my left side which made my Lt leg a little jumpy. It was a bit uncomfortable at times but I believe a good thing happened and I felt my walking after was somehow more balanced btwn my two legs and in my pelvis. He may have also released something in my left calf. I’d consider this a strong beneficial therapeutic effect and likely attributable at least in part to Nethaneels skill in acupressure.
