I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Oregon, with a emphasis in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Technique, Sports, and Swedish Massage.

As an adolescent, I experienced a life changing event with my personal health, and the path to recovery left me with a strong belief in the body's ability to heal itself. With an accredited massage therapy education and self study, I use my knowledge in assisting the body in this process.

Taking an integrative approach in providing therapeutic massage, I'll aid you in addressing the underlying problems and help get your body back into alignment. I also provide supplementary stretches to help you continue the healing process on your own time. By integrating these methods and treatments you will notice improvements in strength, tone, and flexibility in your daily life.
