Massage is more part of the medical field than I ever thought before I was in a motor vehicle accident. After I realized how much massage helped with pain, I felt the need to offer some help to others. Whether you just need to relax, suffer from chronic pain or have a recent injury, there are so many things I can do to help. I specialize in pain relief, and I use many different massage techniques to get there. Everyone is different and each body responds differently to everything. The body presents different pain patterns that tell me which technique I should use, and where I should begin with your massage. This is what I am most passionate about is finding the pattern and helping to relieve the pain that it's causing. I studied at Rogue Community College and am licensed in the State of Oregon for massage. I have much more continued education in science related to the human body to keep progressing my knowledge in order to help my clients and patients with their pain. Along with the massage, I will always provide stretches and exercises that you can do at home to help relieve your pain as well. In the future, I will also be providing group classes to help with certain areas of pain such as low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain. These classes will provide stretches an exercises that will help prevent or help sooth issues in the muscles and fascia that cause pain.
