Relax, you're in good hands.

Getting a massage is important to your state of health. It promotes better circulation and muscle tone, and it also promotes relaxation and tension release throughout the body. Getting a massage is important to your state of health. It promotes better circulation and muscle tone, and it also promotes relaxation and tension release throughout the body. So while getting a massage should an important part of your every day health, who gives you a massage should be just as important.

I began studying at Bryan College in Gold River, CA in April of 2007. Basic classes consisted of 5 weeks, 4 days a week, 4 hours a day. It was a grueling process to finish my education but I finally graduated in June of 2008 with 1100 hours and an Associates Degree of Occupational Sciences in Massage and Bodywork.

I am certified in modalities like Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Therapy, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Spa Services including Hot Stone massage, and many others. My well-rounded education also included study in fields like  Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Medical Massage, Ethics for Bodyworkers, Business, and Spa Management.

I am always continuing my education. I want to be able to provide the best services for the best prices to my clients.  I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist, as well as California State Certified Massage Therapist since 2012. My style of massage is mostly medical based. I find I work better with clients that appreciate a well rounded deep tissue massage, however, even though I have "a firmer hand" some clients feel that my swedish massage is one of the best they've ever had.

I have been in this field for 14 years, having my own space has been a dream for me for a very long time. I am super excited to get started in running my own business. Please visit this page, or Massage by Lacey CMT on Facebook  for the latest updates on specials and hours of operation and more.

Best massage I've had! Been trying to find someone to help with some constant low back/hip pain and she's the first that gave relief. Love that she doesn't have different types of massages to select from, but she just uses all her tools and knowledge for what the person needs. Very worth the money, will be going more!
