Schafer Chiropractic-Massage Therapist

As a Massage Therapist for Schafer Chiropractic, my job was primarily focused on working with clients to relax their minds and bodies before an adjustment. My focus was mainly working on problem areas that caused the most discomfort, as well as releasing tension and stress throughout the body.

Espa Salon and Spa-Massage Therapist

As the sole Massage Therapist for Espa Salon, it was my responsibility to create the space for the therapy room. I worked with clients whose goals tended to lean towards stress relief and pain management in a spa environment. Most clients received hair and nail services in conjunction with the massage, to incorporate an all-around practice of self-care. My focus was primarily on relaxation and stress relief through massage therapy.

Self Employed-Travelling Massage Therapist

As an independent therapist, I traveled to clients houses and would create a healing space with them in the comfort of their own home. I worked primarily with people who dealt with chronic pain and high stress levels.

Reiki Training-Level 1 & 2

I received my Reiki Certification in levels 1 & 2 through a local Reiki Master, Jan Atwood. I incorporate Reiki and energy work into many of my sessions, depending on my client's needs and specifications.
