Ashley attended the Institute of Sanative Arts, where she learned how to enhance her massage technique, along with a wide variety of modalities. She graduated with her certificate in Massage Therapy/Bodyworks and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is proficient in Bamboo-Fusion®, Hot Stone, Raindrop Therapy, and Manual Lymph Drainage, as well as body scrubs and herbal wraps. She also utilizes Lipo Laser Red Light Therapy techniques. It is her passion and her goal to help others achieve a pain free life worth living. She specializes in customizing her work to the individual client’s needs and wishes to obtain a healthy mind and body by way of a deeply relaxing massage. She battles fibromyalgia in her daily life and understands the need to be heard and listened to. She is compassionate and intuitive in her massages and has the gift of feeling what muscles need some work and love. She is confident and enthusiastic in her abilities as a massage therapist to bring about a balanced life style. Thinking of her clients, she continues to seek out new education opportunities so that she might be able to help and educate her clients better in their journey towards a pain free life.
