As the owner of ANF Wellness, LLC, I bring with me over 10 years of experience in health and fitness. I understand the daily demands placed on the body. I also recognize that the physical symptom(s) of dis-ease that one experiences may or may not be caused only by dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system. It is through this experience that I look at the entire body as a complex machine, impacted by many factors. I also recognize that the cause of pain and/or dysfunction may not be related to the symptomatic area; therefore, there is a need to further explore the underlying causes to address the current issues. Taking a holistic view of the body and appreciating its complexities allows me to help individuals reduce their discomfort and help facilitate healing.

Amanda asked excellent questions to pinpoint what needed to be done. After a single session she was able to significantly reduce the pain in my neck and shoulders. And, the results have not diminished several days after the massage.
