I love the ability to manage my own schedule. "Time To Care" about you and your needs means, if our schedule allows it and your body needs five more minutes of massage to get you through another week, I would rather take that time and allow your body the best chance at self healing. "Time To Care" is a reminder that you need to set aside time for yourself to heal and recharge. I promise to take the time to hear what you tell me about your needs and what is happening in your life and your body. Together we will develop a plan for your massage and utilize my knowledge and massage technique to help facilitate your body's ability to heal.

I honestly believe I found my calling. When I was a child I was always the one who rubbed the sore feet and shoulders of family and friends. When I discovered over ten years ago there were schools to learn massage as a profession I packed up my children and moved from Montana to Arizona. I chose to go to the Desert Institute of The Healing Arts and learn my trade. DIHA was a well respected institute with over 20 years experience training massage therapists. DIHA has since been purchased by Cortiva and I believe to be Cortiva DIHA , in Tucson, Arizona.

My areas of expertise are in the injury management and prenatal areas of massage. I have over eight years experience working with auto injuries and I am able to bill auto insurance for massage. For over ten years I have focused on and come to love working with prenatal clients. Creating a space for the expectant mother to relax and enjoy the changes in her body as she bonds with her growing child and accepts the changes in her body is a beautiful opportunity.

I am the mother of four daughters ages 21, 19 and twins who are 6. Needless to say they fill my heart and they also fill my time outside of "work". I love to garden and teach my girls about plants and natural health. I also enjoy making natural soaps and lotions for my family and friends.
