I am a graduate of Blue Heron Academy of the Healing Arts where I studied Anatomy, Physiology and body mechanics as well as pain and stress management. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in the use of passive stretching, heat/ice and medicated oils in treatment sessions. I am so excited to embark on this new career path and believes that touch both calms the mind and heals the spirit. I hope to extend the pain relief people find on my table into their daily lives by teaching them techniques to manage the aches, pains and stress of modern life.
