I have been practicing massage therapy for 23+ years and still love it. Although my hands do the work I feel it is a collaborative of patient and practioner working together to help the body heal. Most of my focus is pain relief but do enjoy do enjoy giving some well needed relaxation. My love is the educational part in helping my patients. I have an education in nutrional and herbal therapies and believe they all play a part in keeping the body healthy. I am a “tell it like it is” kind of gal. No pussyfooting around but full of compassion and understanding that every person and their body is different.
