Sraddha is a world-traveling yoga entrepreneur who enjoys the excitement and beauty that life presents to us each. She specializes in the physical aspect of yoga, yoga philosophy, conscious breathing practices, yogic lifestyle, meditation, deities, mantra, sanskrit as a sacred study and vibrational-sound therapy. Recently her thirst for self-realization has led her to Southeast Asia, to explore ancient Eastern practices of healing and the cultural traditions including concepts of devotion to the divine.

Sraddha's yoga origins began one sunny afternoon in Southern California when she was guided through her first private yoga session and yoga philosophy discussion. That same night she had an awakening dream that was the transformative gateway into living her life in the light of yoga. Sraddha has partaken in over 2,000 hours of yoga training including, but not limited to Vinyasa Flow, a training in the therapeutic study of alignment and the healing benefits through application (guided by yogi physicians), and general Hatha yoga style training.  Her college degree was centered in Religious and Spiritual Studies, exploring the mystic under weaving within cultures and traditions around the globe, as well as becoming a scholar of Sanskrit. Her teaching career has leaped beyond 2,000 hours of classroom involvement; in addition she taught yoga philosophy and practice at a college in Colorado. Sraddha is dedicated to sharing her discoveries of aligning with the path of Universal Love through guiding private and group sessions as well as leading retreats and teacher trainings.

Sraddha feels that part of the living practice of yoga is seva or giving of oneself selflessly. In her aim to be of service she has lead many donation based vibrational-sound meditation sessions, led processing groups at a substance abuse treatment center and taught volunteer-based yoga classes for events such as political conventions and cancer-awareness fundraisers. While in Indonesia she worked closely within a bio-energy meditation practice center to help the space evolve into an ashram through applying principles of yogic living and modern necessities for investment. Sraddha feels that the best way to truly realize the higher self is through understanding, loving and accepting the relationships formed between oneself and everything else. ॐ
