Hello, my name is Kaleigh (Kale) Kingston. I graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy (DSMT) in Westminster, CO in March of 2012 where I studied a plethora of modalities including deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, swedish, structural movement, sports massage, prenatal, and reflexology. I even took 3 cadaver labs that really helped me understand the human body in a more complex way. Later, in 2014 I completed 150 hours of continuing education classes at the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha, NE where I studied advanced sports massage, craniosacral therapy, prenatal, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy, to name a few. Recently, in November of 2020 I received my Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho levels 1 & 2 certificates. I’ve known from a young age that I wanted to help others feel better. Though, I never knew how I’d be able to help until just 1 week into massage therapy school where I realized I had found my calling. I absolutely love getting to know my clients and their bodies. I specialize in very deep slow therapeutic work, as well as very relaxing massages combined with energy work, and everything between the two. I strive to give all of my clients the most relaxing, therapeutic, and personalized experience possible. Besides my work, some other passions of mine are my dog Simba, yoga, baths, hiking, snowboarding and dancing my summers away at Red Rocks.
