I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years. I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, range of motion, pain management, injury/surgery recovery, and prenatal.  

I worked in the I.T. field for 15 years before my massage practice, so I understand how sitting at a computer all day can cause great stress to the mind and body.  I've also had reconstructive surgery to my shoulder, and can attest to how important massage therapy is for the healing process.

John has been my only massage therapist for several years now after trying out quite a few different therapists around the area. He is professional, thoughtful and provides truly therapeutic body work. He focuses on the areas I think need work, and finds those areas I didn't know needed work! Getting body work from John is a relaxing and rejuventaing experience. My body always feels relaxed and healthier when I leave.
