It is my belief that our body is our best healing mechanism if we let it and sometimes it just needs some help to initiate the process.

I received my education at the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, California, graduating with an Associate of Science in Holistic Health in 2008.  I have over 1,400 hours of in-class education and more than 10,000 hours of hands-on experience.

I have been a licensed therapist for over 13 years specializing in deep therapeutic bodywork.  Unfortunately, like many, I had to close my 13 year old private practice in San Diego due to the pandemic.  My husband and I relocated to Glendale, Arizona during the summer.  I work for a franchise yet I’ve always known my passion was working freely with my own private clients.

I was also a massage instructor in San Diego for 12 years.  I still teach, however I now travel 1-2 times a year to Samara, Costa Rica to teach at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy.

My specializations include: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal/Postnatal Massage, Infant and Child Massage, and working with Physical and Emotional Trauma Victims.
