I am originally from California and have been living in Phoenix since June 2009. I have a teenage son. I enjoy nature, hiking, baseball, Zumba and the beach. I have been a massage therapist since May 2012. I had never received a massage prior to massage school so I understand and sympathize with those who are apprehensive about booking an appointment. I strongly encourage you to ask any and all questions you need, to feel comfortable. I do mostly therapeutic work. I listen to your complaints as well as observe your posture to assess your needs. I not only address your area of complaint but also address any structural deviations that may be contributing to your pain and discomfort. In most cases I may recommend icing and/or stretches you can do at home in between massage appointments. I also do pregnancy (Restrictions apply, please contact me prior to booking), lymphatic and sports massage. I worked out of a chiropractors office in Phoenix AZ right out of massage school, until I left to pursue my own massage business in the summer of 2016.  I also do house calls.
