Abigail Levy is a licensed and certified Massage Therapist who provides integrated structural, deep tissue, neuromuscular, reflexology, Swedish, and craniosacral massage therapy modalities to her clients.  Her work is influenced by her experience as a Certified Kundalini, Contemplative Hatha, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra Instructor.  She has over 500 hours of training in Eastern meditation, body mind practice, philosophy and medicine including the study of Yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, and Tai Qi.  Abigail helps clients breathe easier by focusing her deep tissue practice on relieving musculoskeletal dysfunction of the breathing muscles, diaphragm/psoas, scalene muscle group, and serratus anterior, and thier effect on over all posture and patterns of muscle strain.  Her background in neuroscience and figurative art further facilitate a deep level of understanding of body centered modalities and their relationship to general health.  Abigail is passionate and motivated to support her clients by easing the effects of stress and pain on their lives.
