I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. As a former outdoor recreational management professional I had years working with climbers, weight  lifters, runners, and many other outdoor enthusiasts. Over the years I earned many soft tissue and joint injuries with all of my recreational and day to day activities.  I went into massage therapy to be able to help clients like me that love to work and play hard. I have a passion to help identify and work on problem areas that you have especially neck, shoulders, low back and hip issues.
