Chrissy is great massage therapist. I go in feeling wound up like a rubber band and come out feeling completely relaxed with much more flexibility. I favor a strong, deep tissue massage and Chrissy delivers. I usually feel better right away and the benefits last for a few days after. The trick is to stretch each day after and the benefits will build on themselves. I don't get to do that like I should, so I can't wait until my next appointment.
