Hi my name is Jessie, I’m recent graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH.  I have worked in Long Term Care for the past 20 years and I enjoy connecting with people. I believe that Bodywork not only can heal the body, but it helps with chronic pain, the emotional and mental stressors of everyday life and to maintain one’s overall well-being.

I like to integrate different massage techniques to fit the individual client’s needs. Such as Swedish, Sports/ Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Strain Counterstrain, reflexology or my personal favorite Neuromuscular Therapy.
Sometimes it's necessary to slow down and let your mind and body relax.

The hot stone massage was fantastic! Jessie works the stones into the massage on a nice rotational basis and it loosened my muscles so muvh quicker, plus it feel very good. I absolutely recommend this massage & Jessie!

Jess always asks if there is a particular area that is bothering me that day and always addresses those challenging spots, while still giving a great whole body massage! She does really good deep tissue work and I always feel better afterwards.
