Jenn holds her professional license as massage therapist graduating from The Arizona School of Massage Therapy/Cortiva Institute in Tempe with awards for Service Excellence, Most Valuable Practitioner as well as certification for charity and volunteer work. She specializes and is certified in Lymphatic Drainage Massage. This gentle form of body work moves the fluid of the lymph toward the lymph nodes which aids in increased function of the immune system. Jenn is certified in Rolfing technique which is a system of soft tissue manipulation . Rolfing bodywork affects posture and structure by helping the myo-fascial system (connective tissue) to reduce chronic areas of strain in the entire body. Jenn also uses the Graston technique (IASTM) within her sessions to address soft tissue lesions and fascial restrictions. Other methods Jenn is certified in and uses within her customized sessions are Reflexology, Shiatsu and Cranial Sacral. Jenn has a passion for holistic nutrition and helps her clients who would like to make nutritional changes, reduce stress and tension on their body’s with the use of deep breathing, mediation, stretch and brain based wellness techniques. Jenn is enjoys participating in Women’s Networking Groups to educate about lymphatic health and focuses on client issues related to cancer, autoimmune disease and kidney and liver disease. When not at work, Jenn is very involved with her family being outdoors , swimming and enjoying nature. She also loves to cook and has a food photography Instagram, doing interior decorating and creative art.

Jenn was amazing! I feel so much better 1 day after the initial lymphatic drainage massage! Jenn was very informative, helpful, she made me feel extremely comfortable there and gave me the resources that I need to get my health and well being on track! My next appointment has been scheduled!

Jenn did a wonderful job of really getting deep into my problem areas and educating me on how to ward off future problems in these areas. It has now been two weeks and I am feeling much, much better thanks to Jenn!

Jenn is totally UNBELIEVABLE !!! She was knowledgeable and she explained what she was doing and the reasons for my pain intensity in certain areas, she was massaging places I didn't know were hurting or that even exists???? !!! Ask for Jenn again you won't regret it !!!????????????
