My approach to bodywork draws from many sources including the soothing touch of Swedish, the soulful flow of Esalen Inspired Massage, the penetrating healing of Trigger Point Therapy, the gentle presence of Reiki, and the nurturing approaches of Holistic Wellness Arts.
