This practice is my personal gift to the community. I became a massage therapist back in 2006 after serving 6 years in the United States Navy. I have always been fascinated with the human body, anatomy and holistic healing. I do my best to be a facilitator of that knowledge and pass the benefits on to you. I truly love the life I was given, and I’m living my purpose by being in service of others and hopefully my services will help you heal your body and mind. I am truly dedicated to my clients and their trust in me to provide them with a wonderful, health promoting experience.

I pride myself on providing consistent quality massage and helping clients reach their ultimate health goals with education, encouragement and compassion.  I am a strong supporter of receiving regular massages and of personal self care such as stretching, regular exercise, healthy eating habits and getting plenty of rest all which are crucial to surviving our stressful lives and world. I truly recognize the importance in nurturing ourselves and I feel so blessed to be a part of the process.  

I have been told I'm quite intuitive and that allows my version of therapeutic massage to also be relaxing.  I fuses multiple modalities together to get the best possible results.
