Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice, Be Well, Dragonfly.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005, and I truly believe I have the most meaningful work in the world. Every day, I meet individuals experiencing significant physical discomfort and/or emotional strain, and I have the privilege of helping them feel better—physically, emotionally, and somatically.
Alongside extensive hours of continuing education in therapeutic modalities, I earned my Bachelor’s degree with honors in Human and Family Development and Sociology from ASU in 2018. This background enriches my understanding of the whole person and deepens the way I am able to connect with clients and support their overall well-being. I value hearing each person’s story and understanding what brought them to seek restorative care.
My goal in every session is to create a restorative experience that feels transformative—what many clients have described as “magic.” And truly, who wouldn’t welcome a bit of magic on their path to feeling well?
