I have always been drawn to helping people, as well as believing in the positive and healing impact that massage can have.  So, after working in the business world for over 25 years, I was drawn to make a career change to become a massage therapist.  I graduated from the 650 hour Theraputic Massage Therapist program at Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich.  I was trained in a variety of techniques to assist you in your healing journey.  Some of the benefits of massge include relaxation, stress reduction, improves circulation, strengthens immune system, improves posture and connection!   I believe we all need to feel connected to ourselves and others. Now more than ever, a lack of connection is impacting people in a very real way.  My goal is to be present for you, listening to what your needs are and how I can assist you in your healing journey.
